really nice composition!

Thi is really beautyful picture of Lugia! I recognized him from the thumbnail picture, too. Lugia is my favourite pokemon of all, he's just so amazing. I'm planning to do some art of him soon, too, which is something that I should've done ages ago. ^^
But the picture. It has very nice colours and amtosphere. I think the colours and the way you have coloured this makes it. The lights and shades are very nice, especially on Lugia. I like the way you have done him, I like it very much. You've made him look somewhat realistic, not cartoonistic. Especially his paws and wings look great. The only mistake in Lugia is that you have forgotten the spikes/whatever from the tip of the tail. But it doesn't matter, the picture is so stunning that I had to look more than once to notice it.
You have made wonderful work with the details, too. I like the decorating on the rock and the Unowns fit very nicely in the picture. I think I haven't seen Lugia being drawn with Unowns before, but I like it.

And ACTUALLY lol... the tail spinies, yeah I actually tried to put em in there... and I dunno... they just... didn't look right so after adding and taking them away 4-5 times I decided this would just be a well... special ed lugi LOL Because it just was not working... though I suppose I could've tried HARDER (my fowl lazy ass)
